Payment:
Full payment for any Lavenham Falconry Experience is due at the time of booking. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and experiences must be taken within this time period.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers must be produced upon arrival. Failure to do so may prevent the experience from taking place.
Exchanges:
Vouchers can be exchanged at Lavenham Falconry Discretion for experiences of higher value but will be subject to additional fees.
Postponement:
In the event of bad weather or circumstances beyond our control Lavenham Falconry reserves the right to postpone any experience day but will contact the participants by 7.30 am on the morning of the event. Participants traveling long distances will be contacted the night before.
Cancellations:
Cancellation must be given in writing 7 days before the experience date and an alternative date will be given, failure to do so could mean you will be subject to a fee or loss of experience.
Children:
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Safety:
At all times throughout the experience you must follow all safety rules given to you by Lavenham Falconry.
Performance:
You will taking part in an experience that that involves fully trained birds of prey, We cannot guarantee their performance and no refunds will be given in the event of poor performance.
Refunds:
Lavenham Falconry will not give refunds on vouchers purchased from us for any reason including bad weather and circumstances beyond our control.
VAT:
We are not VAT registered the price you see is the price you pay. You will not be charged VAT.
